13-story mixed-use Marvel takes shape in vibrant East Harlem

Plans are underway for a striking 13-story mixed-use development at 101 East 122nd Street, located between Park and Lexington Avenues.

Just three blocks south of the 125th Street subway station, with convenient access to the 4, 5 and 6 trains, this upcoming architectural gem is set to redefine East Harlem panorama.

Designed by acclaimed architects GF55 Architects, the concrete building will be a testament to modern sophistication.
