SNP Alliance agrees to 20th Annual Autumn Leadership Forum

The group had the greatest opportunity to this point, bringing healthcare business leaders and policymakers collectively to discuss the way forward for complicated care.

WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, Oct. 26, 2023 / — More than 160 special wishes practitioners, researchers and consultants gathered in Washington, DC for the SNP Alliance’s annual Fall Leadership Forum. Eve Gelb of the Gold Coast Well being Plan and Chair of the SNP Alliance said: “This is the SNP Alliance’s most important gathering to date and is in recognition of the growing demand for specialist targeted care for individuals with complex Medicare. SNPs are uniquely positioned to manage care needs through Fashions of Care, which enable plans to iteratively improve care and reduce disparities in care.”
